The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration prepares you for a successful career in business, whether working for a corporation, a startup, or pursuing your own entrepreneurial ambitions.


The goal of this Bachelor’s Degree program is to develop student skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and technological savvy through career empowering business education that emphasizes integrity.



Managerial courses emphasize human values and techniques for establishing a sense of responsibility to employers,employees,and other stakeholders while building strong relationships.
Marketing and social entrepreneurship courses demonstrate the role of marketing in business and provide students with adaptive skills and tools to think creatively and develop innovative business ideas and solutions.
Finance and accounting courses equip business students with the primary concepts and skills necessary to understand budgeting and funding and to evaluate the cash flow within an enterprise.
Business Administration professionals plan, direct, or coordinate key administrative services for an organization, including records management, human resources, accounting, marketing, facilities, and purchasing.

This program prepares you for careers classified under the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) system (used by Federal agencies for data). Upon completion of the degree, students will be able to:
Communication: Demonstrate effective oral and written skills, communicating concisely and professionally across various modes, including emails and presentations.
Critical Thinking: Formulate problems, streamline information, and develop, analyze, and evaluate achievable solutions for complex or ambiguous issues.
Management: Apply sound management and leadership skills, including effectively managing groups and processes, appraising situations, and formulating solutions to common workplace problems.
Marketing: Exhibit a strong understanding of personal branding, selling, promotional techniques, the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), and the legalities of marketing and intellectual property.
Financial Knowledge: Apply mathematical and problem-solving skills in financial management (economics, statistics, accounting), and use financial tools to collect and analyze data.
Business Tools: Business Tools: Effectively use a variety of business and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

Program Structure
The Business Administration B.S. program requires 190 quarter credits. Students can complete the degree in four (4) years by attending all terms consecutively.
Instructional Method
This program uses an intense online interactive learning approach focused on practical application. Classes combine lectures, learning activities, and virtual laboratory sessions to build skills. Instruction includes the use of interactive virtual classrooms and may feature guest speakers.
Communication and Critical Thinking Skills
Students in the program complete challenging projects and assignments using creative problem-solving skills. They communicate ideas through written and oral presentations in various courses throughout the program.
Completion Requirements
To obtain the Business Administration B.S., students must meet all program completion requirements. This includes completing a minimum of 190 quarter credits and being in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better.
